The Igbo community in Ebira land has condemned a radio announcements by one Sunday Patrick Muonoka, who addressed himself as the Eze Ndigbo in Egbiraland.
The President-General, Association of Igbo Community in Ebira land, Chief Joseph Anikwe (JP), in a press statement released on Monday, said the message carried in the announcement, purportedly stopping the activities of the Association of Igbo community is no effect and should be disregarded by the public for obvious reasons, that Association is duly registered and legally backed.
Chief Anikwe said the announcer, who addressed himself as Eze Ndigbo is not a registered member of the association, saying he has no authority over the affairs of the association.
“As the leader of the association, we need to respond to the radio announcement in order to correct the misinformation the announcement has carried to the public domain.”
The President General described the announcer as being driven by self -illusion hence the Association of Igbo community in Egbiraland has no Eze Ndigbo.
